摘　　要：本文对比了DQC-401、DQS-1、HR三种聚丙烯催化剂在环管聚丙烯装置中生产高端无纺布专用料PPH-Y40的应用效果,考察此3种聚丙烯催化剂在环管工艺上的适用性,评价对比了其聚合性能,包括聚合活性、氢调敏感性及立构定向性等方面的内容。In this paper,the application effects of three kinds of polypropylene catalysts DQC-401,DQS-1 and HR in the production of high-end special chip for nonwovens PPH-Y40 in Spheripol process are compared,and the applicability of these three kinds of polypropylene catalysts in loop process is investigated,The applicability of these three polypropylene catalysts in Spheripol process was investigated,and their polymerization properties were evaluated and compared,including polymerization activity,sensitivity to hydrogen response and stereospecificity.
