摘　　要：西北油田超深超稠油油藏"两超五高"的特点,电泵采油是主要机械举升方式。受限于环空掺稀油的降黏工艺,稀油与稠油充分混配成为影响电泵井运行寿命的关键因素。西北油田研制超稠油潜油电泵尾管装置可提高稀稠油混配效果,加快井筒内流体流速,改善电泵机组散热效果,延长运行寿命。为改变7寸套管回接电泵井无法组下尾管悬挂装置的现状,从两个方向研制改造5寸半尾管悬挂装置,以改善稠油区块电泵井运行工况,延长运转寿命。In order to change the current situation that the 7-inch casing can be connected to the electric pump well and the tail pipe suspension device cannot be assembled,the 5-inch and half-tail pipe suspension device is developed and modified from two directions.
