摘  要:对国内某原油管道和天然气管道的清管清出物进行了成分测试分析。原油管道清出物主要由铁的氧化物、泥沙、蜡、胶质和沥青质等组成,而天然气管道清出物主要由铁的氧化物、泥沙、凝析油等组成。将原油管道清出物中各组成成分的含量数据与管输介质相应成分的含量做了对比。原油管道清管清出物中的机械杂质和蜡的含量远高于管输介质--原油中相应组分的含量,而清出物中的胶质和沥青质的总含量则与管输介质中相当。说明机械杂质和蜡易于在管输过程中沉积,而胶质和沥青质则不易于沉积。The compositions of pigging sediment from a crude oil pipeline and a nature gas pipeline were tested and analyzed.The sediment pigging from the crude oil pipeline is composed of iron oxide,sand,wax,colloid and asphaltene whereas the sediment pigging from the nature gas pipeline is composed of iron oxide,sand and natural gasoline. The composition data of pigging sediment from the crude oil pipeline were compared with those of the medium(crude oil) transporting in the pipeline. Contents of mechanical impurities and wax in pigging sediment from the crude oil pipeline are much higher than those in transporting medium.However,contents of colloid and asphaltene in pigging sediment are equivalent to those in transporting medium. It is indicated that mechanical impurities and wax tend to deposit in pipeline transportation. On the contrary,colloid and asphaltene tend not to deposit.
