摘　　要：针对塔里木盆地库车坳陷克拉苏构造带储层固井重合段固井质量差的问题,定制研发了适用于库车山前储层的小尺寸封隔式尾管悬挂器。该悬挂器不仅具备普通悬挂器的所有功能,还能永久封隔重合段,防止喇叭口油、气、水窜发生,成为水泥石外的另一道屏障。实践表明:该小尺寸封隔式尾管悬挂器各零部件稳定可靠,封隔能力较强,为解决该地区深井小尾管固井过程中长期存在的重合段固井质量差、喇叭口窜气的难题提供了一条新的思路。In order to solve the problem of poor quality of the solid well in the coincident section of reservoir solid well in the Karasu tectonic zone in the reservoir depression of Tarim basin, a small size closure tail tube suspension for the reservoir in front of Kuche Mountain was developed. The suspension not only has all the functions of the ordinary suspension, but also can permanently seal the overlapping section,preventing the occurrence of horn oil, gas, and water, and becoming another barrier outside the cement stone. The practice shows that the small size closure tail tube suspension parts are stable and reliable, and the sealing ability is strong. It provides a new idea for solving the problem of the poor quality of the joint section and the horn gas in the long term in the process of cementing the deep well.
