摘  要:沙探1井是准噶尔盆地中拐凸起沙湾凹陷上的重点预探井,选用钾钙基有机盐钻井液体系,提高了钻井液的抑制性,解决了白垩系和侏罗系地层膏质泥岩水化膨胀造成井眼缩径垮塌问题;通过提高体系的封堵防塌能力、合理使用钻井液密度,杜绝了侏罗系西山窑组和八道湾组煤层垮塌和井漏问题;通过优选随钻堵漏剂和近平衡钻进技术,解决了下部井段的井漏问题。实现了全井无复杂情况、无事故,中完与完井电测及下套管均一次成功。Shatan-1 well is a key pre-exploration well in Shawan sag of Zhongguai uplift in Junggar Basin. Potassium-calcium based organic salt drilling fluid system was selected to improve the inhibition of drilling fluid and solve the problem of borehole shrinkage and collapse caused by hydration expansion of pasty mudstone in Cretaceous and Jurassic strata. By improving the sealing and collapse prevention ability of the system and rational use of drilling fluid density, the Jurassic Xishan Mountains were eliminated. The problems of coal seam collapse and lost circulation in Yao and Badaowan formations are solved by optimizing the plugging agent while drilling and near-equilibrium drilling technology. It realizes that there are no complex situations and accidents in the whole well, and the electric logging and casing running are successful once in the middle completion and completion.
