摘　　要：高升油田经历30多年持续开发,目前各主力油藏均已进入开发中后期,开发效果变差。为提高开发效果,在热采稠油主力块实施火驱开发、在热采稠油低速块实施"先压裂改造、后高压注汽"治理,在雷家莲花薄互层状油藏实施分层开发、在雷64厚层块状油藏实施立体开发,通过不断开发调整,开发效果逐步改善,为老油田开发调整提供了借鉴。After more than 30 years of continuous development in gaosheng oilfield,the main reservoirs have entered the middle and late stage of development,and the opening effect has become worse. Main in order to improve development effect in the thermal recovery of heavy oil block implementation of fire flooding development,and in the thermal recovery of heavy oil block at low speed implementation of the "first after fracturing and high pressure steam injection" governance,do Layering development in Lei11 oilfield,do three-dimensional developmentin Lei 64 oilfield,through continuous development adjustment,gradually improve development effect and provided reference for the old oil field development adjustment.
