摘　　要：目的:研究增强型体外反搏(EECP)对冠状动脉慢血流(CSFP)患者脉搏波传导速度及内皮功能的影响。方法:选取2015年10月至2018年6月,在我院心内科接受治疗的冠状动脉慢血流患者60例,按照数字随机法将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例;对照组使用拜阿司匹灵、瑞舒伐他汀钙与单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上使用EECP进行治疗;比较两组患者治疗前后脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)及血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的结果。结果:两组患者治疗前PWV、MPV、ADMA、ET-1水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后PWV、MPV、ADMA、ET-1水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组PWV、MPV、ADMA、ET-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗过程总不良反应发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用增强型体外反搏有效降低冠状动脉慢血流患者脉搏波传导速度,改善患者血小板功能与内皮功能。Objective: To study the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation on pulse wave velocity and endothelial function in patients with coronary slow flow phenomenon. Methods: 60 patients with coronary slow flow who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the digital random method . The control group was treated with aspirin、reshuvastatin calcium tabletsand、isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets,while the treatment group was treated with EECP on the basis of the control group. Pulse wave velocity ( PWV),mean platelet volume ( MPV),asymmetric dimethylarginine ( ADMA) and endothelin-1 ( ET-1) in plasma were measured before and after treatment. And the adverse reactions were counted. Results: There was no significant difference in PWV,MPV,ADMA and ET-1 levels between the two groups before treatment ( P>0. 05);after treatment, the levels of PWV,MPV,ADMA and ET-1 were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of PWV, MPV,ADMA and ET-1 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group ( P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group ( P>0. 05). Conclusions: Enhanced external counterpulsation can effectively reduce the pulse wave velocity and improve the platelet function and endothelial function in patients with coronary slow flow.
