摘　　要：书院是古代教育发展具体而微的缩影。蔚州书院群,尤其是暖泉书院、玉泉书院和文蔚书院的创建与置设、日常运行以及人才培养,是了解和认识古代地方教育的重要载体。自元至清,蔚州各书院的先后建立,为蔚州培养了大批人才,推动了古代蔚州文教事业的发展,极大地促进了蔚州文明的进步,丰厚了蔚州的文化积淀。The academy represents the development of ancient education.The establishment,the operation and the cultivation of talents of Yuzhou academy group,in particular,Nuanquan Academy,Yuquan Academy and Wenwei Academy,contribute to the understanding of ancient local education.From the Yuan Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,a number of academies have been established in Yuzhou,which have provided numerous talents,promoted the development of education in ancient Yuzhou and the advance of Yuzhou civilization,and enriched the cultural heritage of Yuzhou.
