摘　　要：通过调查和访谈等方法对张北县油篓沟镇的发展现状与特色资源进行实地了解,分析其贫困状况及生态特色小镇建设的影响因素,探讨油篓沟生态特色小镇建设的现实选择,提出生态涵养区特色小镇建设的对策和建议。The paper introduces the major functions and core elements of characteristic towns and analyzes the influencing factors of the construction of characteristic towns.Based on the related statistics,an analysis of the poverty situation of Youlougou in Zhangbei County is made.By means of survey and interview,the paper makes a study on the development status and characteristic resources of Youlougou,and analyzes the influencing factors,the practical option and the detailed measures for the construction of characteristic ecological towns.
