摘　　要：人才培养是高校的首要任务。地方一般本科院校应坚持系统性、实用性和融合性的基本准则,不断探索以“以学生为中心”的人才培养理念,从3个方面构建立体化实践教学体系:加强“五位一体”立体化实践教学体系规划设计;构建校内外实践教学平台;健全实践教学质量评价与保障体系。以此全面提高地方一般本科院校的应用型人才培养能力。Talent cultivation is the primary task of universities.On the principle of being systematic,practical and integrated,general local undergraduate universities keep exploring the student-centered talent cultivation idea and construct a three-dimensional practical teaching system,which involves strengthening the planning and designing of a“five-in-one”three-dimensional practical teaching system,establishing on-campus and off-campus practical teaching platforms,and improving the assessment and guarantee system of practical teaching.
