摘  要:基于沥青混合料骨料加热特点,结合喀伊公路沥青拌合站骨料加热系统的方案优化,介绍了用微细粒径煤粉代替重油加热骨料的工艺,并对其工艺难点及经济效益进行了系统评估,油改煤技术的应用具有良好的经济效益,可有效降低加热系统使用成本。Based on the heating characteristics of asphalt mixture aggregate,combining with the scheme optimization of aggregate heating system in asphalt mixing station of Kayi Highway,the technology of using fine particle size coal powder to replace heavy oil to heat aggregate is introduced,and its technological difficulties and economic benefits are evaluated systematically.The application of oil-to-coal technology has good economic benefits,which can effectively reduce the cost of heating system.
