摘　　要：公路水路建设市场信用信息服务系统是交通运输部面向行业管理提出的重大信息化应用工程。依托辽宁省交通行业信用信息化建设工程,重点对行业需求、系统设计、实现方法与应用效果进行了阐述。辽宁省公路水路建设市场信用信息管理与服务系统的建设与应用,全面提升了辽宁省交通运输行业信用管理水平,为实现信息公开与企业自律奠定了基础。The credit information service system of the highway and waterway construction market is an important information application project proposed by the Ministry of Transportation for industry management.Relying on the credit information construction project of Liaoning Province’s transportation industry,the industry demand,system design,implementation methods and application effects are elaborated emphatically.The construction and application of the credit information management and service system in Liaoning highway and waterway construction market have comprehensively promoted the level of credit management in Liaoning transportation industry,and laid a foundation for the information disclosure and enterprise self-discipline.
