摘 要:首先,针对阀门制品中活门一端低压密封效果差的问题,提出在同一活门压制两种非金属的设计思想;其次,对3种常用非金属密封材料性能进行了对比分析,详细记述了不同非金属组合和工艺方案进行试件生产和试验情况;最后对所选择的2种活门热压方案进行试验比较,确定了YS-20T和Fs-46非金属组合方案.Firstly, aiming at the problem of poor low-pressure sealing effect at the end of the valve in the valve product, the design idea of pressing two non-metals in the same valve is proposed. Secondly, the performance of three common non-metallic sealing materials is compared and analyzed, and the different non-metals are described in detail. The combination and process plan were used to test and produce the test pieces. Finally, the selected two kinds of valve hot pressing schemes were tested and compared, and the YS-20 T and Fs-46 non-metal combination schemes were determined.
