摘  要:在目前技术条件下,焊接夹具应用中最突出的问题就是船体结构上T形钢在固定马板焊接过程中造成大量人力、材料浪费.因此,在现有焊接夹具基础上,提出了解决马板夹具完成后切削和磨削问题的有效措施,并设计了一种新型手动液压焊接夹具.该焊接夹具可广泛用于船舶生产零件焊接工作中,有助于提升焊接质量.Under the current technical conditions,the most prominent problem in the application of welding fixtures is that the T-shaped steel on the hull structure causes a lot of manpower and material waste in the welding process of the fixed horseboard.Based on the full study of existing welding fixtures,an effective measure to solve the problem of cutting and grinding after the completion of the horseboard fixture is proposed,and a new manual hydraulic welding fixture is designed.The welding fixture can be widely used in the welding work of parts in ship production,which helps to improve the welding quality.
