摘 要:汽轮机作为一种特殊蒸汽动力装置,是火力发电厂的重要设备,其运行状态直接影响着火力发电整体效率与质量.因此,火力发电厂运行中,要密切关注汽轮机运行状态,避免出现运行故障.在汽轮机运行中,转子弯曲是较为普遍的问题,该故障会造成严重危害,加大汽轮机运行安全威胁,提高了设备检修与维护成本.基于此,从转子弯曲原理出发,分析了某汽轮机机组运行情况,并得出了相关预控措施,旨在提高机组运行可靠性与安全性.As a special steam power plant,steam turbine is an important equipment of thermal power plants,and its operating state directly affects the overall efficiency and quality of thermal power generation.Therefore,in the operation of thermal power plants,it is necessary to pay close attention to the operating state of the turbine to avoid operational failures.In the operation of steam turbines,rotor bending is a common problem,which can cause serious damage,increase the safety threat of turbine operation,and improve equipment maintenance and maintenance costs.Based on this,from the principle of rotor bending,the operation of a steam turbine unit is analyzed,and relevant pre-control measures are obtained,aiming at improving the reliability and safety of the unit.
