军民融合式灾害医学救援体系建设的思考

摘　　要：在当前军队卫勤力量参与灾害救援现状的基础上,对当前我军军民融合式灾害医学救援法规制度、搜救协同机制、联合救援演练等问题进行分析,提出充分利用军队卫勤力量,加强军地联合灾害医学救援体系建设,建立军地联合灾害救援信息共享平台,依托模拟训练基地提升联合救援能力和加强军地通用应急医学救援物资器材储备等对策.Based on the analysis of the current military medical force's participation in disaster medical rescue,the current civilmilitary integration disaster medical rescue regulations system,search and rescue coordination mechanism,joint rescue drills and other issues are analyzed.It is suggested in this paper that army health force be fully used,joint command system for disaster relief be improved,an integrated information platform be established,simulated training base for disaster relief be relied on,and the military general emergency medical rescue materials and equipment reserve be strengthened.
