浅谈血凝酶联合泮托拉唑治疗胃出血的疗效分析观察

摘　　要：目的浅谈血凝酶联合泮托拉唑治疗胃出血的疗效分析观察。方法选取2016年5月~2017年5月在我院接受治疗的胃出血患者50例,将这些患者随机分为两组,其中对照组患者使用奥美拉唑进行治疗,研究组患者使用血凝酶联合泮托拉唑进行治疗,通过对比观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃出血对患者消化道的伤害是十分严重的,患者除了要接受常规的护理之外还要配合适当的药物进行治疗。血凝酶联合泮托拉唑在临床上治疗胃出血的效果是十分显著的,使用该药物不仅能改善患者胃出血的症状,还能有效的减少患者发生不良反应的情况,是一种安全高效的方法,在今后的临床实践中应该将血凝酶联合泮托拉唑广泛的运用到胃出血的治疗过程中。Objective To observe the effect of Reptilase combined with half of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastric hemorrhage.Methods 2016 years 5 months -2017 years 5 months in our hospital for treatment of gastric bleeding in 50 patients,these patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was treated with omeprazole treatment,study group patients using hemocoagulase combined with semi pantoprazole treatment,compare the treatment effect.Results The treatment effect was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Gastric bleeding of patients with digestive tract damage is very serious,in addition to the patients received routine nursing but also with appropriate drugs for treatment.Hemocoagulase combined with half of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastric hemorrhage clinical effect is very significant,the use of the drug can not only improve the symptoms of patients with gastric hemorrhage,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, is a safe and effective method,in future clinical practice should be combined with half blood coagulation enzyme pantoprazole is widely used to treat stomach bleeding in.
