摘　　要：目的总结“分段切开,多重挂线术”治疗高位复杂性肛瘘围手术期的护理体会。方法选取30例符合高位复杂性肛瘘诊断的入院病例,行“分段切开,多重挂线”的手术方法治疗,手术后进行对应的护理,观察护理疗效。结果本组30例在上述手术治疗的基础上加强术后辨证护理,除1例因遗漏叠型瘘管而行二次手术治愈外,其余29例均1次手术治愈。住院时间18~58天,平均27天;创面愈合时间30~81天,平均39天。结论护理方法有效。Objective To conclude the experience of the The perioperative nursing on high complex anal fistula with the treatment of ”Sectional Incision and Multiple Thread Drawing”.Methods Choose 10 patients who has the high complex anal fistula to treat with the method of sectional incision and multiple thread drawing and summary the experience of the perioperative nursing.Results The time staying in hospital is 20~58 days and the average is 27 days.The recover day is 25~81 days and the average is 36.Conclusion The nursing is effienecy.
