超声刀用于开放性甲状腺手术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究探讨在开放性的甲状腺手术之中应用超声刀的效果以及安全性。方法选取2012年的10月~2016年的10月于我院的外科接受诊疗的需要进行开放性甲状腺手术的患者150例作为研究对象,依据随机的原则将其分为两组,各75例。对照组应用传统的方案进行甲状腺手术,研究组应用超声刀进行甲状腺手术,对研究的数据进行统计与分析,比较两组的患者手术的时间、手术之中的出血量、手术之后24小时的引流量以及住院的时间,同时比较两组的患者在手术之后发生并发症的例数。结果经过分析对比可以得知,研究组的患者在各项指标方面相较于对照组而言均要远远更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且研究组的患者在手术之后发生并发症的例数也要远远更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开放性的甲状腺手术之中应用超声刀的效果和传统的手术方法相比较效果要更好,在缩短手术的时间、减少手术之中的出血量方面效果较好,缩短了患者恢复的时间,同时对于患者的安全也有更大的保障,值得应用。Objective To study the effect and safety of ultrasound scalpel in open thyroid surgery.Methods 150 patients who needed open thyroidectomy were selected and treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups,75 patients in each group.75 patients in the control group underwent thyroid surgery with traditional methods,75 patients in the study group underwent thyroid surgery with ultrasound scalpel.The data of the study were statistically analyzed.The operation time,bleeding volume during operation,drainage volume 24 hours after operation and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.At the same time,the occurrence of complications after operation was compared between the two groups.Number of cases.Results Through analysis and comparison,we can know that the patients in the study group are far fewer than those in the control group in terms of various indicators(P<0.05),and the number of complications after surgery in the study group is far fewer(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrasound scalpel in open thyroidectomy is better than that of traditional operation.It can shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the recovery time of patients,and ensure the safety of patients.It is worth applying.
