氩离子凝固术联合铁皮石斛治疗胃低级别瘤变32例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较氩离子凝固术联合铁皮石斛治疗胃低级别瘤变32例效果。方法选取2017年01月~2018年08月因胃粘膜病变接受氩离子治疗的患者32例作为研究对象,将其随机分为铁皮石斛组与对照组,各16例。治疗组氩离子凝固术后联合铁皮石斛口服及应用PPT制剂泮托拉唑钠静滴治疗,对照组氩离子凝固术后应用PPT制剂泮托拉唑钠静滴治疗,未口服铁皮石斛制剂。结果治疗组及对照组治疗胃低级别瘤变效果相当,但治疗组联合铁皮石斛口服,患者上腹痛、腹胀的发生程度明显优于对照组。结论氩离子凝固术联合铁皮石斛治疗胃低级别瘤变可有效改善患者腹痛、腹胀,有推广应用的价值。Objective To compare the effects of argon plasma coagulation combined with Dendrobium candidum on 32 cases of low grade gastric tumor.Methods Thirty-two patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with argon plasma coagulation after oral administration of Dendrobium candidum and PPT preparation pantoprazole sodium intravenous infusion.The control group was treated with PPT preparation pantoprazole after argon ion coagulation.Sodium intravenous drip treatment,no oral Dendrobium Dendrobium preparation.Results The treatment group and the control group had similar effects on the treatment of low-grade gastric tumors.However,the treatment group combined with Dendrobium candidum orally,the incidence of upper abdominal pain and abdominal distension was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Argon ion coagulation combined with Dendrobium candidum can effectively improve abdominal pain and bloating in patients with low grade gastric tumor,which has the value of popularization and application.
