切开挂线对口引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究探讨在复杂性肛瘘的治疗之中应用切开挂线对口引流术的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月于我院接受诊疗的复杂性肛瘘患者80例作为研究对象,依据随机的原则将其分为两组,各40例。对照组应用传统的手术方案进行治疗,研究组应用切开挂线对口引流术进行治疗。对研究的数据进行统计与分析,比较两组患者治疗的效果、疼痛的情况、伤口愈合时间以及生活的质量。结果经过分析对比可以得知,研究组患者在治疗的效果方面相较于对照组而言要远远更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且研究组患者疼痛的程度要更轻,伤口愈合的时间要更短,治疗期间生活的质量要更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复杂性肛瘘的治疗之中应用切开挂线对口引流术的效果较好,对于减轻患者手术之后的疼痛,缩短恢复的时间有较大的帮助,同时也提高了患者生活的质量,值得应用。Objective To study the effect of incision and thread-drawing drainage in the treatment of complex anal fistula.Methods 80 patients with complex anal fistula were selected and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups of 40 cases each.40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical procedures,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with incision and thread-drawing drainage.Statistical analysis was made on the data of the study to compare the effect of treatment,pain,wound healing time and quality of life between the two groups.Results Through analysis and comparison,we can know that the effect of treatment in the study group is much better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of pain in the study group is lighter,the time of wound healing is shorter,and the quality of life during treatment is better(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of complex anal fistula,the effect of incision and thread-drawing drainage is better.It is helpful to relieve the pain after operation and shorten the recovery time.It also improves the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of application.
