农业气象观测信息化资料质量控制问题浅析

摘　　要：省级农业气象观测资料质量控制主要针对农业气象观测年报表原始数据文件(简称C文件)的传输、收集、质量检查、转换合成、加工处理和评估业务等,常出现文件上报不及时、传输不完整、文件名不规范等问题,需要时常与台站观测人员进行沟通、核实并催报,投入较多时间、精力.归纳分析农业气象观测电子报表审核重点、普遍性问题并明确问题处理方法,以便提高台站农业气象观测资料及质量控制时效、工作质量及效益.The quality control of provincial-level agricultural meteorological observation data is mainly for the transmission, collection, quality inspection, conversion synthesis, processing and evaluation, and evaluation of raw data files(referred to as C documents) of agricultural meteorological observation annual report. It’s often appear many problems such as untimely file reporting, incomplete transmission,and unqualified file names. For solving these problems, it’s necessary to communicate with the station observers which reduce efficiency. In order to imporve the quality and efficiency of agricultural meteorological observations, this paper analyzes the key of the electronic report of agricultural meteorological observations, finds general issues and the problem-solving methods.
