替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果及对ALT复常率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果及对ALT复常率的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2016年12月在我院接受治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者100例为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分成对照组及观察组,每组50例。对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组采用替诺福韦酯治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗48周后,两组的ALT、AST、TBiL水平均显著降低,Alb水平均显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗48周后,两组的ALT复常率均显著高于治疗24周后,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗48周后,两组的HBeAg定量均显著低于治疗24周后,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果显著,有助于提高ALT复常率,改善患者预后。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tenofovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and its influences on ALT recurrence rate.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir and the observation group was treated with tenofovir dipivoxil.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 48 weeks of treatment,the levels of ALT,AST and TBiL in the two groups decreased significantly,and the level of Alb increased significantly,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After 48 weeks of treatment,the ALT recurrence rates in both groups were significantly higher than that after 24 weeks of treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 48 weeks of treatment,the quantity of HBeAg in both groups were significantly lower than that after 24 weeks of treatment,and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenofovir dipivoxil has a significant effect on chronic hepatitis B,which is helpful to increase the ALT recurrence rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
