熄风通络法配合疏经通督推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的效果

摘　　要：目的熄风通络法配合疏经通督推拿手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的效果。方法将我院收治的98例CSA患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规西医方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用熄风通络法配合疏经通督推拿手法。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组颈部前屈和后伸50%MVC均增大,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论熄风通络法配合疏经通督推拿手法治疗CSA效果显著,其不仅可改善患者的颈肌力学性能,而且可以缓解患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of Xifeng Tongluo combined with Shujing Tongdu message on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods A total of 98 patients with CSA treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Xifeng Tongluo combined with Shujing Tongdu message.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,maximum value of Mvc with neck flexion and extension 50%increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were larger than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xifeng Tongluo combined with Shujing Tongdu message has a remarkable effect on CSA.It can not only improve the mechanical properties of patients'cervical muscles,but also relieve the clinical symptoms and enhance the therapeutic effect of patients.
