高血压病合并高尿酸血症与2型糖尿病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压病合并高尿酸血症(HUA)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)的相关性。方法:连续入选原发性高血压病患者428例,根据是否合并HUA分为HUA组(88例)和非HUA组(340例),收集两组患者临床和实验室检查资料,通过回顾性研究高血压病合并HUA与T2DM的关系。结果:与非HUA组比较,HUA组的BMI、收缩压、舒张压、脉压、血清尿酸水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),而两组的年龄、性别构成比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。HUA组患者的T2DM患病率明显高于非HUA组(P<0. 01)。二分类Logistic回归分析显示:HUA是高血压病合并T2DM的危险因素(OR=5. 004,95%CI:1. 781~14. 059,P=0. 002)。Spearman相关性分析显示,T2DM患病率与HUA呈正相关(r=0. 231,P=0. 000)。结论:高血压病合并HUA患者的T2DM患病率明显升高。T2DM患病率与HUA具有相关性。HUA是高血压病合并T2DM的危险因素。Objective: To investigate the relationship between hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia ( HUA) and type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM). Methods: 428 essential hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were divided into HUA group ( n = 88) and HUA-free group ( n = 340). The clinical and laboratory examination data were collected. The relationship between hypertension complicated with HUA and T2DM was analyzed by a retrospective study. Results: BMI、SBP、DBP,pulse pressure,serum UA levels were significantly higher in HUA group ( P<0. 05). Whereas age and sex did not significantly differ between two groups ( P > 0. 05). The incidence of T2DM was significantly higher in HUA group than in HUA-free group ( P<0. 01). Logistic regression analysis revealed that HUA was a risk factor for hypertension complicated with T2DM ( OR = 5. 004,95%CI: 1. 781-14. 059,P= 0. 002). Spearman correlation analysis showed that incidence of T2DM was positively related with HUA ( r = 0. 231,P= 0. 000). Conclusions: Patients with hypertension and HUA have higher incidence of T2DM. The incidence of T2DM was positively related with HUA. HUA is a risk factor for hypertension complicated with T2DM.
