米力农治疗难治性心衰50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析米力农在难治性心衰治疗中的应用效果和对患者心脏功能的影响。方法收集2016年2月~2018年9月我院收治的难治性心力衰竭患者50例,25例患者接受基础治疗,作为对照组,25例患者在基础治疗的基础上使用米力农,作为观察组,以治疗效果和安全性作为评价指标。结果观察组治疗后有效率96.00%,对照组80.00%,P<0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用米力农可有效提高难治性心衰的治疗效果,且临床应用无明显不良反应,安全性良好,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of milinone in the treatment of refractory heart failure and its influence on cardiac function.Methods 50 patients with refractory heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to September 2018 were collected.25 patients received basic treatment.As the control group,25 patients used milrinone on the basis of basic treatment.Results The effective rate was 96.00 % in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of milrinone on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of refractory heart failure,and clinical application without obvious adverse reactions,good safety,worthy of promotion and application.
