腕关节镜辅助经皮内固定治疗舟骨腰部骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腕关节镜辅助下舟骨腰部骨折的治疗方法及临床疗效。方法自2015年1月至2017年12月,我们对12例新鲜舟骨腰部骨折患者采用腕关节镜辅助下骨折闭合复位、经皮Heibeil螺钉内固定治疗,术后定期摄X线片观察骨折愈合情况。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间为6-12个月,平均10个月,所有骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间为&4周。腕关节功能采用改良Mayo腕关节评分评估:优8例,良4例。结论对新鲜舟骨腰部骨折采用腕关节镜辅助下Herbert螺钉经皮内固定治疗,术后能取得较理想的临床效果。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment for scaphoid waist fracture assisted by wrist arthroscopy. Methods From January2015 to December 2017, 12 cases of fresh scaphoid waist fracture were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous Herbert screw fixation assisted by wrist arthroscopy. The healing of fracture was observed by regular X-ray after operation. Results All the patients were follow-up for 6 to 12 months, with an average of 10 months. All the fractures healed, with an average healing time of 8.4 weeks. The wrist function was evaluated by modified Mayo wrist score. The results were rated as excellent in 8 cases and good in 4 cases. Conclusion Percutaneous internal fixation with Herbert screw assisted by wrist arthroscopy for fresh scaphoid waist fracture can achieve satisfactory clinical results.
