摘 要:目的探讨保定中心血站近年来无偿献血创新模式下激励管理对采供血人员工作积极性的影响。方法选择保定市中心血站血液保障部一线在职医务人员33名,对实施激励管理前后职工考核合格率、工作积极性进行比较。结果实施激励管理后血站职工理论考试和技能考试成绩以及血站职工风险防范、职责应对、献血者满意度、工作幸福感指标均优于实施前,两组比较P<0.05。结论血站激励管理能够提高保定市无偿献血创新招募模式下采供血人员对工作的积极性,对提高血站职工的基本素质,促进无偿献血事业的可持续发展有指导作用。Objective To explore the influence of incentive management on the enthusiasm of staff in blood station in recent years.Methods 33 medical staff in Baoding central blood station were selected.The qualification rate and enthusiasm of the staff were compared before and after the implementation of incentive management.Results After the implementation of incentive management,the scores of theoretical examination and skill examination,the risk prevention,duty response,blood donors' satisfaction degree,work well-being index of blood station staff were better than those before implementation.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The incentive management of blood station can improve the work enthusiasm,improve the basic quality of staff and promote the sustainable development of free blood donation.
