摘 要:近年来,随着分布式电源的快速发展,分布式电源并网标准的研究和制定愈加得到重视,其中,继电保护是这类标准中的重要组成部分。在全面梳理国内外分布式电源并网继电保护相关标准的基础上,重点对标准中的重要规定及更新情况进行了详细分析。针对北美、欧洲、澳大利亚和中国等具有代表性的国家,从电压偏差、频率偏差、孤岛保护和低电压穿越等方面对相关领域标准进行了详细分析,并给出了制修定建议,相关结论可为中国分布式电源并网继电保护相关规定和标准的进一步完善提供参考。With the rapid development of distributed resources (DR) recently, more attention has been paid to the research and formulation of standards for interconnecting DR with grid, among which relay protection is an important part. Based on a comprehensive review of the relevant standards of relay protection for interconnecting DR with grid both at home and abroad, the important provisions and updates of the standards are analyzed in detail. Selecting North America, Europe, Australia and China as representative countries, a study is made on the voltage deviation, frequency deviation, island protection and low voltage ridethrough, and some suggestions are given for standard revision. The results can be used as references for further improvement of the relevant regulations and standards of relay protection for interconnecting DR with grid in China.
