无溶剂弹性聚氨酯涂料的制备及其消泡性研究

摘　　要：介绍了一种包覆于铝线、铜线外表面的无溶剂弹性聚氨酯涂料,研究了不同种类的聚合物多元醇、固化剂对涂层硬度、施工黏度、适用期的影响;并对无溶剂聚氨酯涂料的消泡性能进行研究。结果表明:(1)聚酯多元醇因分子链不易旋转且分子间存在氢键,与聚醚多元醇相比,硬度高,且机械性能优异,本实验选用己二醇己二酸聚酯多元醇。(2)HMDI、HDI三聚体、IPDI 3种固化剂制备的无溶剂聚氨酯涂料涂层硬度依次降低。选用HMDI适宜于聚酯多元醇搭配,制备低黏度无溶剂弹性聚氨酯涂料。(3)选用4A分子筛、有机硅消泡剂、潜固化剂相结合的方式,将物理消泡与化学消泡相结合,提高无溶剂聚氨酯涂料的消泡性能,保证优异的涂膜外观。A kind of solvent-free elastic polyurethane coatings on the outer surface of aluminum wire and copper wire is introduced in this paper, the effects of different kinds of polymer polyols and curing agents on the hardness, construction viscosity and service life of the coatings are studied, and the defoaming performance of the solvent-free polyurethane coatings is also studied. The results show:(1) Compared with polyether polyols, polyester polyols have high hardness and excellent mechanical properties because the molecular chains are unlikely to rotate and there are hydrogen linkages among molecules. In this experiment, polyester polyols with hexanediol and adipic acid are selected.(2) The hardness of solvent-free polyurethane coatings prepared with HMDI, HDI trimer and IPDI curing agents decreases in turn. HMDI is suitable for blending polyester polyols to prepare solvent-free elastic polyurethane coatings with low viscosity.(3) The combination of 4? molecular sieve,organosilicon defoamer and latent curing agent is used to combine physical defoaming with chemical defoaming to improve the defoaming performance of solvent-free polyurethane coatings and ensure excellent appearance of coatings film.
