摘  要:光学电流互感暂态特性优良,能够准确反应一次电流全波形,拥有广泛的应用前景。外卡式光学电流互感器传感部分直接卡装在GIS壳体上,具有结构简单,易于维护等优点,但GIS断路器操作引起壳体振动对光学互感器输出影响较大,可能引起继电保护误动作。提出了以减振橡胶为主要手段的互感器减振措施,通过对外卡式光学电流互感器抗冲击振动系统的建模分析,得出隔振系统最优参数。设计了减振系统,搭建了试验系统,对设计的减振系统进行了试验研究。The optical current transformer with excellent transient characteristics can accurately reflect the full waveform of primary current and has an extensive application prospect. Its sensing part, clamped directly on the GIS casing, has such advantages as simple structure and easy maintenance. However, casing vibration caused by GIS circuit breaker operation affects the output of the transformer so much that malfunction of relaying protection might occur. This paper proposed the use of damping rubber as a main method for vibration damping. Optimal parameters were obtained for the vibration isolating system through modeling and analysis of the anti-impact vibration system of the clamp-on optical current transformer. A vibration mitigation system was designed, a test system was set up, and tests and research were conducted the designed vibration mitigation system.
