摘  要:配电变压器的入网性能检测对电网的安全可靠运行起着至关重要的作用,基于配电网建设的需要,应加强对配电设备入网前的安全性能检测,提前发现安全隐患,为电网的安全稳定运行提供可靠的保障。配电变压器信息化试验平台采用多路信号分析系统进行数据采集和数据分析。由于配电变压器入网试验过程复杂和外在影响因素较多,为了提高配电变压器入网检测评估能力,针对传统试验评估方法中存在的各类问题,以准确度、响应时间、最小可分辨温差等参数为基础,采用数字接口的衔接技术实现配电变压器智能检测设备的自动化检测与评估,提高配电变压器各类试验的准确性,解决配电变压器入网试验的安全性能评估的技术问题。试验结果表明,相对于传统方法,信息化试验平台在正确率和鲁棒性上均更优,具有更广的应用前景,可为配电网的安全稳定运行提供数据保障。Grid access performance test of distribution transformers plays a vital role in the safe reliable operation of the grid. In view of the requirement on construction of distribution networks, performance inspection of distribution equipment before grid connection should be strengthened to detect potential safety hazards in advance to provide reliable guarantee for safe steady grid operation. On the informatized test platform for distribution transformers, a multi-channel signal analysis system was adopted for data acquisition and data analysis, as the distribution transformer had a complex access test process influenced by many external factors. To improve the transformer access test assessment capability, in view of various problems with traditional assessment methods, on the basis of parameters such as accuracy, response time and minimum resolvable temperature difference, digital interface was adopted as connecting technique to realize automatic test and assessment for the intelligent test equipment for distribution transformers, so as to raise the accuracy of various types of tests on the transformers and solve the technical issue of their full performance assessment. Experimental results indicated that, compared with the traditional method, the informatized test platform achieved a better accuracy and robustness and could have a wider application prospect. It could provide data guarantee for safe and stable operation of the distribution network.
