摘　　要：为观察α-糜蛋白酶用于肛周感染性汗腺炎术后冲洗的疗效,将60例肛周感染性汗腺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组应用α-糜蛋白酶溶液冲洗后清创消毒,对照组常规清创消毒。观察2组疼痛程度,水肿情况及创面愈合时间。结果显示,治疗组疼痛和水肿程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组创面愈合时间为(33.30±2.17)d,短于对照组(41.53±2.96)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,肛周感染性汗腺炎术后应用α-糜蛋白酶溶液冲洗,可减轻创面水肿和疼痛,促进创口愈合,临床效果良好。This study was to observe the efficacy ofα-chymotrypsin used to irrigate wound-surface following surgery for perianal infectious hydradenitis(PIH),60 cases of PIH were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases,α-chymotrypsin used to irrigate wound-surface,then debridement and disinfection)and control one(30 cases,routine debridement and disinfection),then observed pain degree,edema status and wound-surface healing time between the two groups.As results,in the degree of pain and edema treatment group was significantly lower than in control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05),and healing time shorter did so,there was statistical difference between the two groups[(33.30±2.17)d vs(41.53±2.96)d,P <0.05].Results show that usingα-chymotrypsin to irrigate wound-surface can reduce its edema and pain so that promote healing,thus has good clinical efficacy.
