滋阴消溃汤口服治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察滋阴消溃汤口服治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,选择60例本院治疗的难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予滋阴消溃汤口服。观察2组综合疗效、主要症状积分及肠镜检查积分方面的差异。结果显示,治疗组在综合疗效和主要症状积分方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在肠镜检查积分方面,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结果表明,滋阴消溃汤具有滋阴涩肠、消溃愈疡之功,用于难治性溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。This study was to observe the clinical effect of orally administering Ziyinxiaokui Tang(a TCM formula,shortened to Tang)in the treatment of refractory ulcerative colitis(UC),enrolled 60 UC patients who were admitted and received treatment in author’s hospital and randomly divided them into treatment group(30 cases,routine therapy plus the Tang)and control one(30 cases,routine therapy),then compared both groups’ comprehensive effect,the score on main symptoms and on enteroscopy inspection between the two groups.As results,in comprehensive effect and in the score on main symptoms treatment group was all significantly superior to control one,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05),but in the score on enteroscopy inspection there was no statistical difference(P >0.05).Results show that the Tang has the role of nourishing yin and roughing intestine,resolving ulcer and curing sore which is used in the treatment of refractory UC has determined effect.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
