肛裂切除联合部分内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂40例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨肛裂切除联合部分内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂的效果。将肛裂患者80例,按治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例。研究组采用肛裂切除联合部分内括约肌切断术治疗,对照组采用肛裂切除术治疗。比较2组创面愈合时间、疼痛评分、术中出血量、止痛药服用剂量及疗效。结果显示,研究组创面愈合时间短于对照组,创面疼痛评分低于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,止痛药服用剂量少于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结果表明,肛裂切除联合部分内括约肌切断术治疗肛裂效果确切,创面愈合时间短、疼痛轻、术中出血量少、止痛药服用剂量少。This study was to investigate the effect of resection for anal fissure(AF)plus partial incision for internal sphincter in the treatment of anal fissure(AF),according to different menthods divided 80 cases into research group(40 cases,received above combined procedure)and control group(40 cases,alone resection fo AF),then compared wound-surface healing time,the score on pain,intraoperative bleeding volume,the dosage of obtundent,and effect between the two groups.As results,in research group wound-surface healing time,the score on wound-surface pain,intraoperative bleeding volume,the dosage of obtundents,and total effective rate were respectively and significantly shorter,lower,less,less and higher than that in control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that above combined procedure for AF has certain effect with shorter wound-surface healing time,milder pain,less intraoperative bleeding volume,and less dosage of obtundents.
