四妙勇安汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后肿痛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察四妙勇安汤加减熏洗坐浴治疗混合痔术后肿痛的临床疗效,将我院收治的60例混合痔患者随机分成试验组和对照组,每组各30例。试验组予四妙勇安汤加减熏洗坐浴,每天2次,对照组予聚维酮碘稀释液(1∶50)熏洗坐浴,每天2次。观察2组患者治疗前与治疗后1、3、5、7d肛门疼痛和水肿情况。结果显示,治疗7d后,试验组止痛有效率和消肿有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后5、7d疼痛积分及术后3、5、7d水肿积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,四妙勇安汤加减熏洗坐浴能明显缓解混合痔患者术后肛门肿痛,是一种减少混合痔术后并发症发生的有效方法。This study was to observe the clinical effect of fuming & wash sitz bath with modified Simiaoyong’an Tang(a TCM formula,shortly named Tang)in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients,randomly divided 60 cases who had received surgery in author’s hospital into trial group(30 cases,Tang for fuming & wash sitz bath,2 times/d)and control one(30 cases,diluted povidoneiodine(1∶50)for fuming & wash sitz bath,2 times/d);then observed both group’s anal pain and edema status before treatment and at 1,3,5,7 days after treatment.As results,after treatment of 7 days in painstopping effective rate and in detumescence effective rate trial group was all higher than control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05);and in the score on pain at 5,7 days after surgery as well as the score on edema at 3,5,7 days after surgery trial group was all superior to control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Results show that fuming &wash sitz bath with Tang can significantly relieve postoperative pain of anus,which is an effective method to reduce the postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
