摘　　要：目的探讨非那雄胺联合经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(TUPKP)治疗前列腺增生患者对其血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及热休克蛋白(HSP)的影响。方法选取2017年5月~2018年8月某院收治的180例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A、B、C 3组,每组各60例。3组均实施TUPKP,术前A组、B组分别口服10 mg·d^-1、5 mg·d^-1非那雄胺,连续口服7 d,C组不使用非那雄胺。比较3组手术疗效、血清VEGF及HSP水平。结果在手术时间、术中出血量、出血指数和出血强度方面A组0.05)。手术后12周,3组血清VEGF及HSP水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且A组。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of finasteride combined with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate( TUPKP) on serum vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) and heat shock protein( HSP) in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. METHODS A total of 180 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to a hospital from May 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into group A,group B and group C according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group. TUPKP was administered in all three groups. Before operation,group A and group B were given 10 mg·d^-1 and 5 mg·d^-1 finasteride respectively,continuous oral administration for 7 days. The operative efficacy,serum levels of VEGF and HSP were compared among the three groups. RESULTS In terms of operation time,bleeding volume,bleeding index and bleeding intensity,group A.
