摘　　要：目前城市交通影响评价分析多集中在商业中心、住宅小区上,对商业中心已有路面停车场改建停车楼项目的交通影响研究较为欠缺。本文以石狮市中心区德辉商业广场停车楼改建项目为例,通过现状调研,合理预测分析,针对改建停车楼项目引起的周边路段、交叉口及项目出入口的交通影响情况进行了评价,判定其影响程度,分析其存在问题,并提出相应的改善措施。At present, the analysis of urban traffic impact assessment is mainly focused on the commercial center, residential district, and lack of traffic impact research on the existing pavement parking lot reconstruction and parking building project in the commercial center. This paper takes the reconstruction project of Dehui Commercial Square parking Building in Shishi Central District as an example, through the investigation of the present situation, reasonable prediction and analysis, aiming at the surrounding sections caused by the reconstruction of the parking building project, The traffic impact of intersections and project entrances and exits is evaluated, the influence degree is judged, the existing problems are analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
