单列高压加热器及蒸汽冷却器在二次再热机组中的应用

摘　　要：为了进一步提高发电机组热效率,大容量高参数的二次再热机组已在火电市场应运而生。在660 MW二次再热机组的回热系统中,常将加热器设置为单列布置,系统中包含了4台高压加热器及2台外置式蒸汽冷却器。现依据实例,从系统布置、性能计算、材料选取等方面,简述660 MW二次再热机组高压加热器及蒸汽冷却器的设计特点。In order to adapt to the requirements of the national energy-saving emission reduction,and improve the thermal efficiency of generating units,double-reheat power units with large capacity and high parameter characteristics emerge as the times require in the thermal power market.The heater regenerative system of 660 MW double-reheat unit is usually arranged in a single row,including four high pressure heaters and two external steam coolers.This paper mainly introduces the design features of high pressure heater and steam cooler of 660 MW doublereheat unit from the aspects of system layout,capability calculation and material selection.
