摘 要:目的探讨婴幼儿佝偻病与血清25羟维生素D[25-hydroxy vitamin D,25-(OH) D]的相关性,为婴幼儿佝偻病的诊断与防治提供参考。方法选取2017年10月-2018月10月在本院就诊或体检的0~1岁婴幼儿143名作为研究对象,按佝偻病诊断标准分为佝偻病组(46例)、可疑组(53例)和对照组(44例)三组,采集空腹静脉血,检测25(OH) D、血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平。结果年龄<6个月婴幼儿68例,其血清25-(OH) D水平为(84.29±31.35) mmol/L,年龄≥6个月婴幼儿75例,其血清25-(OH) D水平为(89.04±29.48) mmol/L,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。男性婴幼儿血清25-(OH) D水平为(84.29±31.35) mmol/L,女性婴幼儿血清25-(OH) D水平为(84.29±31.35) mmol/L,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。佝偻病组、可疑组血清25-(OH) D水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而佝偻病组与可疑组25-(OH) D水平无明显差异(P>0.05);三组间P、ALP水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论婴幼儿佝偻病与25-(OH) D水平存在明显相关,25-(OH) D水平检测对于早期预防和诊断佝偻病具有重要意义。Objective To explore the correlation between infantile rickets and serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25-( OH) D],for providing reference for the diagnosis and prevention of infantile rickets.Methods A total of143 infants aged 0 ~ 1 years old who underwent medical or physical examination in our hospital during Oct 2017 and Oct 2018 were selected as the study subjects and assigned into the rickets group( 46 cases),the suspicious group( 53 cases),the health group( 44 cases) according to the diagnostic criteria of rickets,the fasting venous blood was collected and the 25-( OH) D,Ca,P,ALP level were detected.Results The level of serum 25-( OH)D in 68 infants younger than 6 months was( 84.29±31.35) mmol/L,and it was( 89.04± 29.48) mmol/L in the 75 infants aged 6 months or elder than 6 months,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant( P>0.05).The level of serum 25-( OH) D in male infants was( 84.29±31.35) mmol/L and it was( 84.29±31.35)mmol/L of female infants,there was no significant difference between them( P > 0. 05). The serum 25-( OH) D level in the rickets group and the suspicious group were significantly lower than that in the health group( P<0.05),however,there was no difference between the rickets group and the suspicious group( P>0.05).There were no differences in Ca,P,and ALP level among the three groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions There is a significantly correlation between infantile rickets and serum 25-( OH) D,the detection of 25-( OH) D level is important for the early diagnosis and prevention of infantile rickets.
