快速康复外科护理在膝关节置换术后疼痛及膝关节功能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究快速康复外科护理在膝关节置换术后疼痛及膝关节功能的效果。方法选择本院的临床行TKA术式的患者106例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各53例。对照组采用临床常规的护理模式,实验组采用快速康复外科护理模式。采用美国膝关节评分标准(hospital for special surgery knee rating scale,HSS)评价膝关节功能,同时采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评估患者术后疼痛情况,并评估两组患者护理满意度。结果实验组患者HSS评分显著升高,与对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),同时实验组患者在治疗期间VAS评分逐渐降低,与实验组患者具有显著性差异(P<0.05),此外实验组患者对危急情况处理、护理技术、护理服务以及情感支持等护理方面评分均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理可促进TKA患者术后膝关节功能恢复,缓解患者术后疼痛水平,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on pain and knee function after knee joint replacement.Methods 106 patients received total knee arthroplasty( TKA) were randomly divided into control group( n = 53) and experimental group( n = 53).Control group were treated with clinical routine nursing model and the experimental group used the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing. The hospital for special surgery knee rating scale( HSS) was used to evaluate the knee function,and the visual analogue scale( VAS) was used to evaluate the postoperative pain of the patients and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results HSS score in experimental group patients increased significantly compared with the control group( P<0.05).And VAS score in the experimental group reduced gradually and had significant difference compared with the control group( P<0.05).In addition,the satisfaction scores of emergency treatment and nursing care such as technology,nursing care and emotional support in experimental group were significantly higher( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing could promote the postoperative recovery of knee joint function in patients received TKA,relieve the postoperative pain level of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
