通过比武练兵能力验证分析沙门杆菌血清学分型

摘　　要：目的通过天津市疾病预防控制中心对全市各区微生物实验室沙门杆菌血清学分型检测能力的考核,了解和分析各区微生物实验室对沙门杆菌血清学分型的熟练程度和技术水平。方法天津市宁河区疾病预防控制中心接受天津市疾病预防控制中心组织的对全市各区微生物实验室沙门杆菌鉴定及血清学分型所进行的比武练兵活动,每区4份盲样进行考核,依据国家标准GB 4789.4-2016检验方法开展细菌鉴定。结果 4份盲样中,1份没有检测出沙门杆菌,其余3份分别检测出B群阿贡纳沙门杆菌、C1群婴儿沙门杆菌、D群肯塔基沙门杆菌。结论通过参加比武练兵,提高了本实验室对沙门杆菌分离鉴定与血清学分型的检测能力。Objective Through the assessment of detection ability of Salmonella serotype in microbial laboratories in all districts of the city organized by Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention,to understand and analyze the proficiency and technical level of each district microbiology laboratory in Salmonella serotype.Methods Tianjin Ninghe District Center for Disease Control and Prevention accepted the competitive military training organized by Tianjin Center for Disease Control and Prevention for the identification and Salmonella serotype in microbiological laboratories of all districts in the city.Four blind samples were tested in each district,bacteria identification was carried out according to the national standard GB 4789.4-2016.Results Among the four blind samples,one did not detect Salmonella, and the other three detected Salmonella agona group B,Salmonella infant group C1 and Salmonella Kentucky group D,respectively.Conclusion The ability of Salmonella isolation and identification and serum credit type detection in our laboratory were improved by taking part in competitive military training.
