钠离子转运基因多态性及血清Na^+水平与朝鲜族女性原发性高血压相关性研究

摘  要:目的探讨rs11643718、rs7187932、rs12447134和rs3743966位点多态性与血清Na^+与朝鲜族女性原发性高血压的相关性。方法对116例朝鲜族原发性高血压和109名朝鲜族健康者进行研究,运用LDR连接酶技术检测分析4个SNP位点多态性,全自动生化分析仪检测血清Na^+。结果朝鲜族女性原发性高血压组和正常对照组之间rs11643718高血压组和正常对照组GG基因型与GA和AA基因型频率及G,A等位基因频率分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。rs7187932、rs3743966位点高血压组和正常对照组基因型频率等位基因频率分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。朝鲜族女性原发性高血压组和正常对照组之间血清Na^+水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而rs7187932位点对照组GG基因型组与高血压组GG基因型组及对照组GA+AA组血清比较Na^+水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rs11643718位点等位基因A是朝鲜族女性高血压的危险因素。rs7187932位点GG基因型组与血清钠离子水平正相关。Objective:To assess the relationship between rs11643718,rs7187932,rs12447134 and rs3743966 gene polymorphism,Na^+ and primary hypertension of Korean women in group Mudanjiang area. Methods:The study was performed in 116 Korean patients with primary hypertensive and 109 Korean normal people. Four loci were detected by The SNP genotyping work was performed by an improved multiplex ligase detection reaction(iMLDR)method. serum Na^+ were detected by Automatic biochemical analyzer. Results:Allelic and genotypic frequencies Of rs11643718 are associated with the primary hypertension in Korean women(P<0.01),No association was found between rs7187932 and rs3743966 with onset of women disease(P>0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Na^+ level between Korean women with essential hypertension and normal control group(P<0.05),and the level Na^+ in serum of had a statistically significant difference in control group between the hypertension group with GG genotype of rs7187932 or GA+AA of rs7187932(P<0.05). Conclusions:Allele A of rs11643718 is a risk factor for hypertension in Korean women. GG genotype of rs7187932 group was positively correlated with serum sodium ion levels.
