摘　　要：南京颐和路民国公馆片区作为南京市目前为止遗留下来的最为完整的民国时期居住建筑组团,具有很高的建筑保护和研究价值。本文通过研究南京颐和路第十二片区的历史脉络和现状,分析该片区民国居住类建筑的建筑特色以及改造之前的片区部分建筑外立面所存在的问题,主要针对该片区外部立面的特征进行了剖析,并总结了该方面改造策略的优缺点,试图探索如何在当前社会发展中更好地保护该片区,使其能够获得更好的保留和发展前景。As the most complete residential buildings left over by Nanjing in the period of the Republic of China, Yihe Mansions in Nanjing has high architectural protection and research value. By studying the historical context and current situation of the twelfth section of Yihe Road in Nanjing, this paper analyses the architectural features of residential buildings in this section and the problems existing in the exterior facades of some buildings in the area before renovation. After that, the characteristics of the external facade of the area are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of the transformation strategy in this area are summarized. This paper tries to explore how to better protect the area in current social development, so that it can obtain better preservation and development prospects.
