摘　　要：2017年6月1日,国务院正式公布并实施《国务院关于修改<大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿和移民安置条例>的决定》的条款规定。该条款规定在原有基础上进行全面完善与优化,力图做好水电工程建设征地补偿与移民安置工作,解决以往存在的纠纷问题,为移民合法权益与工程顺利建设提供安全保障。On June 1st, 2017, the State Council officially announced and implemented the State Council’s Decision on Amending the Regulations on Land Acquisition Compensation and Resettlement for Large and Medium-sized Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects. The provision provides comprehensive improvement and optimization on the basis of the original, and strives to do a good job in land acquisition compensation and resettlement for hydropower project construction, solve the existing disputes, and provide security for the legitimate rights and interests of the immigrants and the smooth construction of the project.
