摘　　要：交通运输部“十三五”期间重点加快城乡交通运输一体化发展,推动交通运输体系发展的新思路,改善发展环境,提升公共服务水平。荔浦县为桂林市下辖区,城乡交通运输体系在全国范围内属于领先水平,具有先进示范性。根据交通运输部相关文件要求及荔浦县自身发展特征,在荔浦县城乡交通运输基础设施、客运服务、货运物流、新能源装备、信息化等方面提出相对应的发展目标和实施方案,打造“美丽荔浦”,促进荔浦县城乡经济社会全面协调可持续发展。The Ministry of Transportation emphasizes the development of urban-rural transportation system during the 13th Five-Year plan, promotes the new ideas for the development of transportation system, improves the environment and promotes public service. Lipu county is the lower jurisdiction district in Guilin. The urban-rural transportation development of Lipu county is at the forefront in China, which is advanced and demonstrative. According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Transportation and the characteristics of Lipu county, this paper proposes the development goal and implement scheme in the development of infrastructure, passenger transport, freight and logistic, new energy equipment and information. Making up“ Beautiful Lipu”, and promotes the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural economy and society in Lipu county.
