摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对老年尿毒症患者血液透析(HD)期间心理应激反应的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月在成都市第二人民医院接受HD治疗的老年尿毒症患者96例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在此基础上接受综合护理干预,比较护理前后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、医学应对问卷(MCMQ)评分和简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)评分。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分和MCMQ中回避、屈服评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),MCMQ面对评分和SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能够减轻老年尿毒症患者HD期间心理应激反应,有助于改善患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychological stress during hemodialysis (HD) in older patients with uremia. Methods 96 older patients with uremia undergoing HD were randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 48 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing. The patients in the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of cardiovascular complications were compared ^between the two groups during HD. The scores of self 一 rating anxiety scale ( SAS), self - rating depression scale ( SDS), medical coping modes questionnaire ( MCMQ ) and the the MOS 36 item short form health sorvey (SF-36) score were evaluated before and after nursing. Results The scores of SAS, SDS and avoidance, yielding in the MCMQ scale in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). Scores of confrontation in MCMQ scale and SF - 36 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate the psychological response to stress in older patients with uremia during HD and improve the quality of life of patients.
