摘 要:钻机井架的力学性能影响着整套设备的安全性。本文首先利用Solidworks软件对井架结构进行三维建模,之后将模型导入ANSYS Workbench中对其进行静力学分析,将仿真应力值与实测计算应力值相对比。结果表明:理论值与实测值相吻合;通过软件模拟仿真分析,可直观地看出井架的最大位移量及能承受的最大载荷,即减少试验时间和经费,又缩短设计和分析周期,降低了材料成本,为优化设计提供了参考,进一步增加了产品的可靠性。The mechanical properties of drilling derrick affect the safety of the whole set of equipment. In this paper, the derrick structure was modeled by Solidworks software, and then the model was imported into ANSYS Workbench to carry out the static analysis, finally simulation data were compared with the measured data. The results showed that the simulation data coincided with the measured data. The simulation analysis by using software intuitively reflected the maximum displacement and the maximum load of the derrick, which not only reduced the test time and cost, but also shortened the design and analysis cycle.
