乡村振兴背景下农地入股的可行性分析——基于河北省滦州市百信合作社的调查

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的时代背景下,如何促进现代农业发展,一直是理论和实践中的热点问题。河北省滦州市百信合作社通过探索农地入股模式,解决了农地的零散化和撂荒问题,为现代农业发展提供了新路径。文章采取实地调研和案例研究法,以滦州市百信合作社为例,应用系统性研究思维,阐述了该合作社农地入股的运作过程,并从制度、市场、技术、社会接受度以及效益等方面分析了农地入股的可行性,以期为其他地区推行农地入股提供借鉴。Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy, how to promote the development of modern agriculture has always been a hot issue in theory and practice. Baixin Cooperative in Luan County has solved the problem of land fragmentation and abandonment by exploring the mode of farmland shareholding, which provided a new path for the development of modern agriculture. Taking Baixin Cooperative in Luan County as an example,this paper expounded the operation process of farmland shareholding by applying systematic research thinking, field investigation and case study methods. At the same time, this paper analyzed the feasibility of farmland shareholding from the aspects of system, market, technology, social acceptance and benefit, so as to provide references for other regions to implement farmland shareholding.
