摘　　要：目的了解吉林省妇幼保健院果糖注射液的使用情况,并分析评价其用药合理性。方法选取吉林省妇幼保健院2018年1~6月应用果糖注射液的患者448例,从适应症、日用量、疗程、配伍情况等方面对病例进行统计、分析。结果 448例应用果糖注射液的病例中有51例无指征用药,2例日剂量超标,39例疗程超过7d,22例不适宜联合用药。结论吉林省妇幼保健院果糖注射液的应用存在不合理情况,在临床配伍时需谨慎。Objective To investigate the application of Fructose Injection in Jilin Women and Children Health Hospital, and analyze and evaluate the rationality of drug use. Methods Patients(448 cases) using Fructose Injection in Jilin Women and Children Health Hospital from January to June in 2018 were selected, and indications, daily dosage, treatment and compatibility of Fructose Injection were analyzed. Results In the 448 cases, there were 51 cases of no indications. Daily dosage excess accounted for 2 cases. The duration more than 7 d were 39 cases. 22 Cases of patients were not suitable for combination therapy. Conclusion There are some unreasonable situations of Fructose Injection in Jilin Women and Children Health Hospital, therefore clinicians should pay attention to the compatibility.
